1. Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
2. Shipping costs

3. Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery takes 4–8 business days, depending on where you live. Delivery times are estimates: carrier delays, customs and busy periods can add a few days.
5. Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way, or you can track your order here.
6. Customs and import charges
Some countries charge import duties or taxes. These aren’t included in the price at checkout and are paid by the recipient.
7. If your parcel doesn’t arrive
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
