How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 4–8 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll change or cancel it.
How does the 30-day promise work?
Use the bar every day for 30 days and take a before photo and a day-30 photo. If you’re not happy, email us both photos within 30 days after day 30 and we refund you. You don’t need to send anything back. Read the full policy.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
